What you'll be doing

\n

\n
• Supporting children with developmental concerns through a key worker approach.
\n
• Working in partnership with families to build their capacity and celebrate every milestone.
\n
• Working alongside community settings to promote and support meaningful participation in age‐appropriate activities and experiences, with a focus on inclusion.
\n
• Providing capacity-building support to preschools as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
\n
• Enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with time split between our hubs, community settings and home‐based administration.
\n

• A degree in Occupational Therapy.
\n
• Current AHPRA registration.
\n
• A genuine commitment to supporting children and families.

• A collaborative, team‐focused approach to practice.

• A current Driver's Licence.

• Confidence working in community‐based settings where therapy matters most.
