The Opportunity
\n
ANZUK is so excited to be partnering with a stunning, Exceeding not-for-profit service on the Northern Beaches, who are on the lookout for a Cert 3 or Diploma Educator to join their team full-time.
\n
This is honestly such a special centre. It's a very small, close-knit team where you're truly valued – not just another number walking through the door. You'll have the chance to build genuine, lasting relationships with children and families, and make a real impact on their early years (the kind that actually sticks with them).
\n
The culture here is everything – super supportive, collaborative, and just a really lovely group of people who all have each other's backs. You'll be working alongside experienced ECT Room Leaders and a hands-on management team who are big on quality, but also on making sure their educators feel happy, supported, and inspired.
\n
And the location... unreal. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach – think morning coffees by the water or a quick swim on your lunch break in summer.
\n
ANZUK Education is a child-safeorganisationcommitted to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. All applicants must complete child safety screening before starting, and all staff must follow our child-safe practices and those of our partner schools and early childhood services.
\n
We support educators in finding rewarding careers across early childhood, primary, secondary, and special education settings – within government, faith-based, and independent schools – both in Australia and overseas.
\n
As a diverse and inclusive employer, we welcome applicants of all ages, genders, abilities, cultural backgrounds, and beliefs, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
