Contract Details: Full-time; Salary $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation; 12 months of experience minimum

PRN SONS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Winmalee, NSW, Australia. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and standards
\n
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner
\n
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety standards
\n
• Monitor and control stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
\n
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling and preparation techniques
\n
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
\n
• Assist with menu planning and costing
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
\n
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
\n
• Formal culinary training and/or certification is preferred
\n
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
\n
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
\n
• Strong communication and leadership skills
\n
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
\n
• Valid food handling and safety certifications
\n
