2025-09-04 to 2025-10-06 AMAZON INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT CONSORTIUM PTY LTD t/a Noosa Natural Farm Como, QLD 4571 Production Manager - Manufacturing $80,000 - $100,000 yearly Permanent, Full-Time About Noosa Natural Farm Noosa Natural Farm (an entity of Amazon International Investment Consortium Pty Ltd) produces premium natural food products for Australian and international markets. We are committed to quality, safety, and sustainability and are expanding with modern manufacturing practices to support growth. Position Purpose The Production Manager will manage all aspects of food manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for production planning, compliance, cost control, team performance, and continuous improvement. Reports to: General Manager / Directors. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet OTIF delivery. Lead, supervise, and develop production staff; build a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSANZ, WHS and customer standards. Monitor/improve KPIs: OEE, yield, waste reduction, labour efficiency . Drive Lean / Continuous Improvement to boost productivity and reduce cost. Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment reliability with maintenance partners. Manage raw material & packaging supply in partnership with procurement/logistics. Maintain documentation: batch records, SOPs, training, and quality files. Lead site audits, customer inspections, and regulatory visits. Provide regular KPI, safety, and quality reports to senior management. Skills & Experience 5+ years leadership in food or beverage manufacturing (production operations). Proven knowledge of HACCP, GMP, allergen management, FSANZ regs, and WHS. Strong people leadership with coaching/mentoring focus and a hands-on style. ERP/MRP proficiency and production data analysis/reporting capability. Demonstrated success implementing Lean/CI and achieving cost reductions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). HACCP certification (or willingness to obtain). Desirable: WHS or Lean/CI certification. $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
