Early Childhood Teacher | 3YO Kinder
\n An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join a beautiful, family-owned long day care service in Melbourne's north-east.

About the Role

- \n
- Full-time Early Childhood Teacher position \n
- Leading the 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program \n
- Busy, well-supported room with a collaborative team environment \n
- Rotating mid-shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm \n
\n
You'll be stepping into a space where you'll be empowered to lead, inspire, and create a high-quality learning environment for young children.
\n About You We are looking for someone who is:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor-qualified in Early Childhood Education (preferred) \n
- Experienced in leading and programming within a kinder setting \n
- Confident in building strong relationships with families and colleagues \n
- Warm, proactive, and solutions-focused \n
- Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment \n
- Experienced in supporting children with additional needs (highly regarded) \n
\n
This role would suit a confident educator who can step in, build trust quickly, and make a positive impact from day one.
