Anglicare are currently seeking to hire aCompliance & Credentials Advisor to join our Workforce Quality Assurance, Safeguarding & Risk team based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.
\n
In this role you willensure Anglicare’s pre-employment screening checks and credentials, including position descriptions, credential processes and procedures, are compliant with mandated and policy requirements
\n
Reporting to the Head ofWorkforce Quality Assurance, Safeguarding & Risk, the Compliance & Credentials Advisor will:
\n
- \n
- Monitor employee credential compliance and manage notifications relating to non-compliant, expiring or updated credentials. \n
- Maintain accurate employee credential, visa and compliance records across relevant systems and electronic personnel files. \n
- Provide advice and support to managers and stakeholders regarding credentialing, workforce compliance and work rights requirements. \n
- Maintain compliance registers and reporting, including positions requiring regulated checks and key personnel obligations. \n
- Liaise with government agencies and external providers to manage compliance processes and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met within required timeframes \n
What our team is looking for: \n
- \n
- Certificate IV in Human Resources, Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration \n
- Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check:Current National Police CheckORCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. \n
- Experience in administering employment screening checks in a regulated, compliance driven environment \n
- Understanding of the Australian Industrial Relations systems and framework \n
- Systems and critical thinker with demonstrated analytical skills \n
- Extremely well organised and proficient, with excellent attention to detail \n
- Capacity to work in a high volume, process driven environment \n
