Are you a passionate Barista or Café All-Rounder looking for a role with great hours, penalty rates and a supportive team?
We’re currently hiring for multiple café and hospitality outlets across Cairns Airport, including Waddi, Sugar & Cane and Mr Greens.
Whether you’re an experienced barista who loves the rush of a high-volume café or you’re passionate about coffee and keen to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who take pride in serving great coffee and creating a great experience for every customer.
Ideally, you’ll bring 1 – 2 + years’ experience in a busy café or specialty coffee environment, including experience with:

The hours
Our cafés operate across a wide range of trading hours, so you'll need to be comfortable working a rotating roster between 4:00am and 10:00pm, including weekends and public holidays.
Early starts are part of airport life — but they also come with additional penalty rates.
