Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team inNambour for a 10 month fixed term contract.
Job Description \n
The Role:
\n
- \n
- Manage daily administration activities i.e. scheduling work, managing client calls and purchase orders. \n
- Maintain client portals, generate invoicing and work orders in order to meet client KPIs \n
- Coordinate subcontractor administration and support with monthly reporting \n
- Manage inbound calls from clients and technicians. \n
Desired Skills and Experience \n
Selection Criteria:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience working in a customer service based role \n
- Ideally has exposure in the HVAC Service industry - however not essential \n
- Confident with technology and can work within complex in house systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook \n
- Willingness to learn, with excellent communication skills \n
- Strongtime management skills and attention to detail \n
- Possess a positive, proactive customer focused approach \n
- Graduates encouraged to apply, with training facilitated for the right candidate \n
