A premium timepiece and jewellery brand is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their flagship boutique in Sydney's inner suburbs. This is an opportunity to work within a refined retail environment where service,

About The Role
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated in-store experience while driving sales performance and maintaining impeccable boutique standards.

You will:

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one customer service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent clienteling
• Drive individual sales performance and boutique KPIs
• Provide expert product knowledge across luxury timepieces and jewellery
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Support boutique operations including stock handling and after-sales service
• Create a welcoming, polished, and luxury-focused in-store atmosphere

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury retail is essential
• Prior exposure to timepieces or fine jewellery preferred
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building ability
• Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation
• Sales-driven with a strong understanding of premium customer service
• Passion for luxury product, craftsmanship, and styling
• Someone who enjoys working in a boutique environment where attention to detail matters

Package & Benefits
