What you'll do Run telehealth consults guiding members through a year-long health optimisation journey — interpreting diagnostics, recommending evidence-based interventions, and coaching lifestyle change Help lead the launch of Everlab's preventative health platform in NZ, setting the clinical standards from day one Use our purpose-built platform to cut admin and spend more time with patients Work closely with care managers, clinicians and product to keep improving the member experience Bring your expertise to new programs — think perimenopause, sleep, mental health, fertility, fat loss What you need Full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand Current medical indemnity insurance Confidence interpreting diagnostic data and delivering preventative recommendations 10+ hours/week to start, with flexibility to grow Comfortable on video Bonus points Experience implementing health technology solutions Practice ownership or business management experience Fellowship of RNZCGP Membership or Fellowship with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) Why Everlab Real impact: prevent disease, widen access, ease pressure on the system A sharp, mission-driven team you'll actually enjoy working with Full flexibility — your hours, your schedule Fully remote A chance to shape a new market from the ground up Want to know more?
