We're currently recruiting full time, permanent branch staff across our inner-eastern Melbourne branch network, including: Box Hill (3128) Burwood (3125) Camberwell (3124) Richmond (3121)

About the role

\n

As a branch staff, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for residential, commercial and renovation projects.

\n

You'll work a set roster across Monday-Friday (and occasional Saturdays), between 7am - 5pm.

\n

Depending on business needs and your skills, you may work as a: Trade Counter Assistant/Retail Assistant Delivery Driver Combination of both

\n

No plumbing experience? No Problem. We believe skills can be taught.

\n

Your day-to-day A typical day may involve:

• Providing customer service and information about products
\n
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
\n
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
\n
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
\n
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
\n

We're looking for the right candidate

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in retail, customer service, warehouse operations, delivery driving, or a similar role
\n
• Enjoy helping customers and building relationships
\n
• Are comfortable working in both customer-facing and warehouse environments
\n
• Can accurately pick orders and manage stock
\n
• Are confident learning new systems and technology
\n
• Hold a current, valid driver's licence
\n
• Are flexible and open to working across different tasks and branch locations within the local area
\n
• Are motivated to develop a long-term career with Reece
