Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen team at Terrace on the Domain.

Working as part of a busy hospitality operation, you will support our chefs and wider kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
\n
About the Role
\n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment \n
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas \n
- Cleaning floors, benches, cool rooms and equipment \n
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required \n
- Receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies \n
- Removing rubbish and maintaining waste areas \n
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures \n
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods \n

About You

- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking \n
- Works well as part of a team \n
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen \n
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn \n
- Understands the importance of cleanliness and food safety \n
- Is comfortable with the physical requirements of kitchen work \n
- Is available across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays where required \n

Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a strong work ethic and the right attitude are equally important.
