Due to exciting growth plans and recent internal promotions & moves across the business, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Indooroopilly store! who will bring energy, leadership, and a genuine love for customer experience.
What you’ll be doing \n
- \n
- Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense \n
- Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance \n
- Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable \n
- Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time \n

Who we’re looking for \n

- Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level \n
- A confident leader who enjoys developing others \n
- Passionate about creating great customer experiences \n
- Must be available to work full time on a Sunday to Thursday roster
