We are partnering with one of South Australia's premier independent investment and wealth advisory firms to recruit an experienced Office Manager. Based in a full-time, office-based capacity in modern Adelaide CBD offices, you will serve as the warm, professional face of the firm and the central anchor keeping daily operations running seamlessly.

- Front of House & Client Experience: Welcome visiting high-net-worth clients, manage incoming calls with a professional telephone manner, and oversee the general email inbox. \n
- Daily Office Operations: Manage start-of-day opening and end-of-day closing procedures, maintain tidy meeting rooms and kitchen facilities, and manage stationery and office supplies. \n
- Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with building management, cleaners, couriers, and external service providers. \n
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Manage meeting room schedules, client appointment bookings, and assist with corporate functions and events. \n
- Administration & CRM Support: Perform precise CRM data entry, filing, and records management, while acting as an overflow support resource for the Client Services team. \n
About the Candidate \n

- Experience: Proven experience in a similar Office Manager or Office Administrator role (essential). \n
- Reliability: Exceptionally punctual and dependable, comfortable taking ownership of opening and closing the office daily. \n
- Presentation & Tone: Polished, warm, and highly professional manner with a positive, self-directed attitude. \n
- Technical Skills: Strong competence across standard Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendars) and confidence using CRM systems. \n
- Desirable Experience: Prior experience in financial services, exposure to platforms like XPLAN or Salesforce, or background assisting a client services team is highly regarded. \n
