An opportunity to join an established and well-capitalised real estate investment platform within a highly experienced investment team, with exposure across acquisitions, capital transactions and the broader investment lifecycle.

Working closely with senior investment professionals, the Associate will play a key role in the assessment, underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities across Australian commercial real estate.

The position offers significant transaction exposure within a lean team structure, providing the opportunity to take ownership of investment workstreams and develop broader commercial experience across origination, execution and ongoing investment management.

The successful candidate will bringexperience across real estate investment, acquisitions, capital transactions, investment banking, corporate finance or an institutional funds management environment.

Strong financial modelling and analytical capability will be essential, alongside an understanding of valuation and investment fundamentals. The role will suit an individual who can move beyond the numbers to form a commercial view on an opportunity and communicate that view effectively.
