  • $70,000-$80,000 + Super + Take-Home Car + Fuel Card
  • Manage a 120+ property portfolio with dedicated Administration & Leasing support
  • Opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio and build strong relationships

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a 120+ property portfolio end-to-end, with dedicated Administration & Leasing support.

The focus is on taking ownership of the portfolio, building strong landlord relationships and delivering great service.

The Role

  • End-to-end management of 120+ properties
  • Landlord & tenant relationship management
  • Maintenance, arrears, inspections & renewals
  • Contractor & stakeholder management
  • Leasing coordination
  • Compliance & portfolio administration
  • Focus on landlord retention and service

About You

  • Previous Property Management experience
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
  • Strong communication & relationship skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, professional and team-focused
