As part of the team, we are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
\n
• Develop quantities, cost estimates, and measurement records.
\n
• Manage commercial communications with subcontractors and suppliers.
\n
• Support subcontract procurement and contract award processes.
\n
• Administer subcontract agreements throughout project delivery.
\n
• Prepare internal and client-facing commercial reports.
\n
• Undertake subcontract and client measurement assessments.
\n
• Monitor project financial performance, cash flow, commitments, and cost forecasts.
\n
• Coordinate reporting information between JV systems and Sacyr reporting requirements.
\n
• Support implementation and training of Sacyr management and reporting systems.Assist local project personnel in commercial reporting and cost control processes.
\n

Requirements: \n

\n
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project controls, cost management, or commercial administration. Experience on major infrastructure projects.
\n
• Experience working in Joint Venture environments is highly desirable.
\n
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and commercial reporting.
\n
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
\n
• Ability to work across multiple management systems and reporting platforms.
\n
• Previous experience with Sacyr systems and processes would be highly advantageous.
\n
