About the Role \n
- \n
- Provide guests with recommendationsof beverages in a friendly and professional manner \n
- Able to mix and create cocktails/ beverages in a timely manner \n
- Works closely with other Bar employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the guest experience \n
- Assist in opening (including mise en place) setup and closing of the outlet and communicate the information necessary to ensure a smooth hand-over of shifts \n
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming \n
Qualifications \n
- \n
- Excellent food and beverage service skills \n
- Coffee making skills \n
- Current NSW RSA Certificate \n
- Previous experience and passion for making cocktails \n
- Good knowledge of wines and other beverages \n
\n
1 year minimum experience in a similar role and environment
\n
