As part of our diverse team based in Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle and Parramatta, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose. As a Workforce Planner you will translate workforce data into actionable insights, develop and maintain forecasting models, analyse trends across multiple data sources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce risks and opportunities. You’ll provide clear planning insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. This will be a full time, permanent position based in our Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle or Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.
