About the Role

This is not a traditional beauty therapy role. At SkinFit, we focus on long-term skin transformation through structured treatment plans. You will play a key role in delivering results by guiding clients through personalised skin journeys.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing advanced skin treatments with a results-driven approach.
• Conducting in-depth consultations and skin assessments.
• Prescribing treatment plans and home care (we don't "sell" - we prescribe).
• Educating clients on their skin, internal triggers, and long-term outcomes.
• Building strong client relationships to support rebooking and retention.
• Working towards individual and team performance goals.

About You

You are passionate about skin, driven by results, and ready to grow into a high-level skin therapist. You will ideally have:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).
• 1–2+ years clinic experience (advanced experience highly regarded).
• Confidence in skin consultations, treatment planning, recommending home care.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on client outcomes, rebooking, and retention.
• Experience or strong interest in advanced skin treatments (microneedling, HIFU, advanced facials).
• A genuine interest in holistic skin health and understanding root causes.
• A professional, warm, and client-focused approach.

Our Clients

We primarily work with clients aged 35+, focusing on:

• Pigmentation and melasma.
• Ageing and loss of elasticity.
• Acne and skin health concerns.

This is a results-focused clinic, and our clients are committed to achieving real change in their skin.
