Key responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs: Responsible for coordinating maintenance, and addressing emergency issues in a timely manner
\n
Owner Relations: Clear and precise communication with owners to ensure they are kept well informed about their property
\n
Tenant Relations: Handling tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and ensuring timely resolution is a critical part of the role
\n
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards is essential. This includes documentation of compliance
\n
Contractor coordination: Coordinate with external service providers for specialise repairs, renovations or maintenance projects, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness

About you

Proven experience in a similar role
\n
Strong knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation and industry best practices
\n
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
\n
Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
\n
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Property Me, Inspection Express)
\n
A current real estate licence or certificate of registration
\n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for property
