We are all about the delivery of best-in-class experiences for our client,their employees, and guests. We currently have an excitingopportunity for a Full Time Concierge role with EY oneof our leading corporate clients. This role is based within the CBD and is aMonday to Friday position.

About you - yourResponsibilities, Skills, and Experience \n

\n
• You know how to make a great firstimpression.
\n
• You have a minimum3 years’ experience in a similarrole or front of house position within apremium - 5-star hotel / A grade commercial building.
\n
• You have experience in reception & concierge services, admin & mailboxmanagement.
\n
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoftoffice products.
\n
• You have strong experience in visitor management & creating an authentic arrival experience.
\n
• You have previousexperience with a room bookingmanagement system.
\n
• You have previous experience in security controls, lift & parkingmanagement.
\n
• You will manage your time efficiently and be able to prioritise competing demands.
\n
• You are an excellent communicator and can relate effectively with clients and the wider team when under pressure.
\n
• You are willingto take direction and open to learning new skills.
\n
• You are motivated to promote and engage clientsaround event &site activities.
