Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding role where you can build meaningful relationships with your clients, develop your clinical skills and be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team?
Plena Healthcare is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Hobart team in a full-time, permanent position.
You'll provide high-quality Physiotherapy services across Residential Aged Care and Community settings throughout Hobart, helping older adults maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.
We’re keen to speak with Physiotherapists who are available to commence ASAP, including early-career clinicians and experienced practitioners.
Your opportunity
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based care.
You'll support residents through:
- Mobility and functional assessments and intervention
- Individual Physiotherapy sessions
- Care plan reviews and ongoing clinical management
- Falls prevention and mobility programs
- Group-based active ageing programs
- Education and advice for residents, families and facility staff
There is also the opportunity to work across Community Aged Care, supporting clients in their own homes as Plena continues to grow in this space.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your day while building meaningful relationships with the people you support across various Residential Aged Care sites and homes throughout Hobart.

About you
To be considered, you will hold:
- General AHPRA registration
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
