Corporate Travel Consultant |Brisbane

• We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced travel consultant to join a dynamic, close-knit team and deliver seamless travel experiences.
• We are seeking a motivated, well-travelled and energetic consultant with a passion for travel, particularly in sports, to provide the best travel experience for corporate groups and events.
• This is your opportunity to showcase your corporate travel skills, by organising international and domestic travel logistics, including airline, accommodation, car hire and other ground arrangements.
• You will need to maintain a consistently high standard of customer service, ensuring travel requests are actioned within client SLAs.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues, managing accurate client files and creating precise expense reports for clients, as necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous experience managing complex travel arrangements
• Proven GDS Experience – Amadeus preferred
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong international destination knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Flexible, motivated and reliable team player
• Enjoys working in a vibrant and passionate culture
• Ability to work well under pressure and results driven
