The Role

- Assist with developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure customer and operational requirements are met \n
- Coordinate production requirements with raw material availability, inventory levels, and capacity \n
- Liaise closely with production, supply chain, warehouse, and procurement teams to keep schedules on track \n
- Monitor production progress, identify potential delays or constraints, and help implement solutions \n
- Track orders and ensure materials are available when required to support production \n
- Maintain accurate production planning data, reports, and documentation \n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production planning and scheduling process \n
\n
Your Background
\n
- \n
- 1–2 years' experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related role \n
- Supply Chain, Operations, or Business graduates are strongly encouraged to apply \n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail \n
- Confident working with data and comfortable using Excel \n
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams \n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \n
- A genuine interest in developing a career within production planning and supply chain \n
