About the role:

Join RSM in Wagga Wagga as our Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and organised professional who enjoys creating positive first impressions and supporting a busy team environment.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. No two days are the same, with responsibilities spanning reception, administration, meeting coordination and office support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing professional front-of-house reception services
• Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared and presentation-ready
• Assisting with catering and refreshments for meetings and events
• Providing general administrative support including document preparation, printing and other office requests
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a busy environment
• A proactive approach with a willingness to assist wherever needed
• Sound computer skills and confidence using a range of office systems
• A professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of your responsibilities
