The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and clients
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Following up leads and prospective clients
  • Assisting with rental appraisals and market opportunities
  • Preparing proposals and marketing material
  • Managing phone calls, emails and client enquiries
  • Supporting the Property Management and Sales teams
  • Assisting with contracts, marketing and general administration
  • Working with a large and established property portfolio
  • Supporting the team through the transition to new property management software

About You:

  • Confident, personable and professional
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in winning new business
  • Proactive, driven and motivated to succeed
  • Comfortable speaking with property owners and prospective clients
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ambitious and looking for genuine career progression
  • Previous real estate, leasing, property management, sales or customer-facing experience is recruited
