Role: Appian Technical Lead

\n

Experience: 10+ years

\n

Location: Sydney

Job Type: Full Time (Permanent)

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Appian development.
\n
• 2+ years of experience leading Appian delivery teams.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with:
\n
• Appian SAIL Interfaces
\n
• Process Models
\n
• Records & Data Fabric
\n
• Business Rules & Expressions
\n
• Integration Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
\n
• Appian Deployment Manager
\n
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Appian applications and workflow solutions.
\n
• Design scalable and secure Appian solutions aligned with business requirements.
\n
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Appian developers.
\n
• Review solution designs, code, and deployment plans.
\n
• Drive integration of Appian with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.
\n
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
\n
• Support estimation, planning, governance, and release management activities.
\n
• Ensure adherence to development standards, quality, and security best practices.
\n
