About the Opportunity :

Our Therapy Services team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to work in our Ascot hub.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life
• Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience :

• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
