One of the greatest assets of the Lactalis business is the strength of its portfolio of iconic Australian dairy brands which include strong national brands such as Pauls, Oak, Vaalia, Tamar Valley, Jalna and Ice Break.
An exciting opportunity exists in our Lactalis marketing team in the role of Senior Brand Manager within our Yoghurts portfolio. This includes a key role in the strategic marketing of some of our key Yoghurt brands within the Yoghurts portfolio including Pauls PLUS+ Protein and Tamar Valley Dairy.
Working in the Yoghurts and Desserts Division, this role will be responsible for building, growing and driving the brand strategy for these brands by applying a creative approach to convert insights into brand growth. Key measures of the role will be achieving strong brand health whilst generating strong growth in sales, market share and commercial return.
To be successful you will have a minimum of 5+ years of marketing & brand management experience (preferably within FMCG), as well as having a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce. In addition to a strong marketing acumen, the successful applicant will also be a skilled project manager, have strong commercial and financial capability and be a great collaborator.
A demonstrated experience in guiding brand strategy within a large organisation would be an advantage.
This is a 12 month contract role that can be based in either Scoresby or Brisbane.
