We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto deliver a significant operational business initiative. Working closely with operational leaders, SMEs and senior stakeholders, you will bring structure, accountability and momentum to delivery while supporting the transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and milestones
\n
• Coordinate operational teams, SMEs and stakeholders
\n
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies
\n
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings and working groups
\n
• Prepare governance reporting and Steering Committee updates
\n
• Support process mapping, documentation and operational change
\n
• Drive deliverables and transition outcomes into BAU
\n

Experience Required

\n

\n
• Experience delivering operational, business or transformation projects
\n
• Strong project planning, governance and reporting capability
\n
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
\n
• Exposure to process improvement and operational change
\n

\n

Experience within customer onboarding, service delivery or multi-site operational environments would be advantageous.

\n

You will be practical, organised and delivery focused, with the ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
