Medical Billing & Collections Specialist

Cabrini Health is seeking an experienced Medical Billing and Collections Officer to join the Private Practice Patient Accounts team. The role requires a strong focus on billing with Medicare, DVA and Private Health Funds, and a customer‑centred approach.

You will manage invoice processing, follow up outstanding debts, handle claim rejections, and report aged debts while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise patient experience and health outcomes.
