Freelance Creative Director - Shopper & Integrated

Are you a conceptual, hands-on Creative Director who knows how to turn a strategic brief into an idea that connects - from brand through to shelf? We are partnering with an established independent creative agency seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Director to support a growing pipeline of integrated projects.

  • Develop strong creative territories and integrated concepts.
  • Clearly articulate the idea, customer insight and "why".
  • Present confidently to clients and refine ideas based on feedback.
  • Extend concepts across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Remain hands-on throughout the creative development process.

The ideal candidate will come from a creative agency background, with a strong focus on shopper marketing or brand activation within the FMCG category. Experience working with alcohol or beverage brands will be highly regarded.

You’ll be a natural storyteller who can balance big-picture creative thinking with the practical detail needed to bring an idea to life.

The opportunity is flexible depending on project requirements - from an intensive three-day creative sprint through to a longer contract period. Some face-to-face collaboration in Sydney will be important, alongside the flexibility to work remotely with the broader team.
