Mobile Patrol Officer – Night Shifts - Sydney

CONSTANT is seeking professional and reliable Patrol Officers to join our NSW operations team across overnight shifts. This role goes beyond static guarding - you’ll be responsible for mobile patrols, alarm responses, site inspections, incident response, and maintaining a strong visible security presence across multiple client locations.

You’ll play a critical role in protecting people, property, and businesses while delivering exceptional customer service and professional support during after-hours operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting scheduled mobile patrols across different sites
• Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency callouts in a timely and professional manner
• Performing lock-up and unlock services for client premises
• Completing site inspections and identifying security risks or hazards
• Maintaining accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift updates using reporting systems
• Liaising with emergency services, clients, and internal operations teams when required
• Providing a strong and visible security presence to deter unlawful activity
• Delivering professional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
• Following company procedures and compliance requirements at all times

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Security Officers with patrol or mobile response experience preferred
• Professionals who are confident working independently during overnight operations
• Candidates with strong situational awareness, communication skills, and professionalism

What You’ll Need

• Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
• Current Driver Licence with a clean driving record
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Full working rights in Australia
