The Wilcannia Practice Administration Assistant is responsible for:
· The organisation and administrative functions of the clinics for all visiting services to Wilcannia Health and Wellbeing Service.
· Ensuring a culturally appropriate service is provided for the clients of the service.
· Providing knowledge and skill development for the Clinic Administrative staff.
· Provide administrative support services for a range of Office functions, particularly reception, client services and IPTAAS support travel and claims.
The Wilcannia Practice Administration Assistant will carry out responsibilities which ensure high quality, well-coordinated patient care in the clinic according to Maari Ma guidelines and value statement.
The Wilcannia Practice Administration Assistant will oversee the servicing of Maari Ma accommodation in Wilcannia and provide relief transport services.
