Job Description for Salesforce Business Analyst in Melbourne



  • Documenting baseline information and requirements

  • Developing and defining project roadmaps / workstreams in conjunction with program lead and delivery teams

  • Tracking delivery progress of documented To Be requirements

  • Liaising with teams, managers and stakeholders

  • Analyzing Salesforce implementations

  • Applying relevant / best practice methodology for the business

  • Solving issues during testing

  • Ad hoc items as required


Your experience and capability



  • Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and external team (System Integrators)

  • Extensive experience demands analytical mindset; being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is important and provide insights

  • Enjoy all things data

  • Tracking and evaluating in a detail orientated manner and advise the business on what should be reported on for value-add

  • The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important

  • The ability to take the initiative

  • Tell the business what you need confidently

  • Experience with collaborative workspaces such as Confluence and Jira

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience

  • Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams

  • The ability to take the initiative and think outside the box to meet the objective

  • Enjoy working in fast-paced agile team environment
