Your New Opportunity \n

Based in Devonport, Tasmania , this opportunity will see you producing accurate and high-quality residential and commercial valuation reports across a diverse property market, while meeting client expectations and turnaround timeframes.

\n

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing business opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the region.

\n

This position has a strong operational focus and requires the ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional who combines strong valuation expertise with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

You will bring:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualification
\n
• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status
\n
• Strong residential valuation experience, with commercial experience highly regarded
\n
• Excellent report writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
\n
• Business development capability and the ability to build lasting client relationships
\n
