About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining both office (located in Docklands VIC) and offshore work (2 weeks on; 2 weeks off roster) for an oil and gas operator throughout the project campaign duration.
As the Site Representative, you’ll provide offshore leadership during offshore decommissioning, removal, and marine operations. Acting as the primary interface between offshore execution teams and vessel management, this role oversees on-vessel personnel, supports safety, quality, and incident response activities, and conducts field assurance and verification to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved procedures, operational requirements, and critical risk controls. Depending on vessel staffing and rotation arrangements, the position may perform either vessel leadership or site representative responsibilities offshore.
