Position Overview: \n

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces using spray painting techniques. Key Responsibilities: \n

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and cleaning as needed
\n
• Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
\n
• Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint to surfaces
\n
• Ensure a smooth and even finish by applying multiple coats and using proper techniques
\n
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent accidents and exposure to harmful chemicals
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
\n
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
\n
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge
\n

Qualifications and Skills: \n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in the automotiveindustry
\n
• Experience with various types of paints and coatings
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
\n
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them at all times
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Trade qualification in Spray Painting or relevant field is preferred
\n
