We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with a passion for providing first class customer service to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the kennels, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff, clients and visitors.
At Country Pine Kennels & Cattery, we are passionate about providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for Dogs & Cats while their owners are at work or away. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a variety of activities, socialization, and care for dogs of all breeds and sizes. We believe in creating a positive experience for both our furry guests and their human companions.
Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times
Daily correspondence with staff and clients
Maintaining pet records
Cleaning & caring for boarding cats'
Petcare, Dog Training & Cattery Social Media content daily management
Coordinating dog training dogs and van runs
Phoning Training Clients and making Bookings Daily
Manage and coordinate end of month Dog Training reporting
General administrative duties as needed
Liaising with clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner
Answering phone calls and handling inquiries promptly and effectively
Monitor and maintain email accounts with a view of prioritising, escalating, and distributing general correspondence in a timely manner
Managing general administrative duties, including coordinating office systems and maintaining confidentiality
Assist with account management with end of month, invoicing and purchase orders
Ensuring professionalism in all interactions and maintaining high standards of service
Communicate regularly with pet owners about their pets' activities and behaviors during the day
Relevant experience in an office administrative, reception role
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines independently
High accuracy and data entry skills
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when required
Passion for dogs and animal care.

Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Available for 7pm finish Monday to Friday
Australian Drivers License
