Insurance Senior Solicitor

• Act on a diverse range of personal injury and property damage claims for leading insurance clients.
• Take ownership of your matters while working closely with experienced lawyers and leaders in the practice.
• Build and strengthen trusted client relationships and play an important role in achieving excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of defendant insurance matters from commencement through to resolution.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients and insurers.
• Develop effective case strategies and achieve strong outcomes for clients.
• Build lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and experience.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience practising in defendant insurance, with strong public liability experience.
• Sound experience managing personal injury and property damage claims.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator who enjoys developing genuine client relationships.
• A collaborative and supportive practitioner who is comfortable mentoring others.
