About the Role

Creating Brighter Futures operates within the personal and professional development sector providing digital education programs focused on leadership personal development and professional growth.
We are seeking an experienced professional for a remote independent contractor role focused on client engagement customer communication and the promotion of personal and professional development programs.

The role involves communicating with prospective customers who have expressed an interest in development programs providing information about available products and programs following up enquiries and supporting customers through the information.
This is an independent contractor position with commission-based compensation. There is no base salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers interested in leadership and personal development programs.
• Conduct professional telephone and video conversations with prospective clients.
• Provide accurate information about available digital education programs products and virtual events.
• Respond to enquiries and follow up prospective clients using established communication processes.
• Support clients through the information and enrolment process.
• Undertake client-engagement and marketing activities using established digital systems.
• Use CRM video conferencing and online communication platforms to manage enquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing product communication and professional-development training.
• Build professional relationships while following established communication standards and processes.
