As a Production Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading day-to-day production operations ensuring efficient workflow management quality service delivery and achievement of commercial objectives. Beyond operational success this role is focused on creating inclusive and supportive workplace opportunities for employees we support enabling them to develop vocational skills gain practical work experience and maximise their employment potential through structured training coaching and assessment practices.
You will oversee production planning resource allocation quality assurance and customer service outcomes while fostering a safe productive and empowering work environment that reflects Endeavour Foundations values and commitment to inclusion.
