What you will do
\n In this position, you will be part of Klarna's incident response team, leading incident-related initiatives and improvement projects within a banking and financial services environment. You will drive structure, planning, and execution across incident response activities, ensuring progress, clear communication, and timely resolution during high-impact situations. Beyond live incidents, you will lead follow-up work such as root cause analysis, remediation planning, and delivery of preventive improvements that strengthen operational resilience. This position includes participation in an on-call rotation with compensation and requires calm, structured decision-making under pressure. We are looking for experienced project managers or highly technical professionals with the skills and experience needed to meet the outlined requirements.
