Casey Aged Care is one of MACG's largest homes, with 155 beds set among landscaped gardens and parkland views in Narre Warren, just five minutes from the Monash Freeway. Now celebrating 10 years with MACG, and currently rated 4 stars, the home recently expanded its Memory Care Wing and offers residents first class accommodation alongside on site physiotherapy, podiatry and music therapy.
About the Role:
Excellent opportunity for a Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Casey Aged Care.
We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for older Australian's.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful social connections, supporting resident wellbeing, and delivering engaging lifestyle and recreational programs within a supportive aged care environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and delivery of both formal and informal activity programs designed to improve and maintain residents' quality of life while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
Casey Aged Care is one of our larger homes with a vibrant and well established Wellbeing team. We are looking for someone who brings prior aged care experience and can confidently hit the ground running from day one. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team and make a real difference to the lives of our residents every day.
