Key areas of the role are:
- Working closely with participants (full age range) and their care team providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
- Conducting home and community assessments making home mod and AT recommendations
- Referring partner relationship management for the region
- Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives
- Alongside the Area Manager support the growth of the region including new clinicians that join the central coast team

The successful candidate will have
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
- 2 years post graduate experience in NDIS
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and relationships building skills
Salary can be negotiated based on experience ideally between $95k-$110k super bonus vehicle allowance. You will also be supported mentored and offered genuine work life balance.
