Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, support care teams, and help ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with aged care legislation and quality standards.

  • Providing clinical leadership and oversight to care teams
  • Supervising Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
  • Supporting best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards
  • Promoting clinical excellence and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Supporting a respectful, resident-focused, and team-based care environment

About the Candidate

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to care.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 12 months' experience in residential aged care
  • Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
  • Flexibility to work across a full rotating roster
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
  • Applicants must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Applicants must also be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997.
  • Attractive base rate of $57.85 per hour, plus superannuation
  • Applicable penalties for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon, and overnight coverage
