We are seeking an Asset Administrator to join our team in Orange, NSW. This position plays a key role in supporting asset management activities across the business, ensuring assets are accurately tracked, maintained and managed throughout their life cycle.
\n
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to build a long-term career with an established agriculture business, combining systems, data and stakeholder support to contribute to the efficient operation of a growing organisation.

About the Role
You will provide administrative support across a range of asset management functions, including:

- Asset administration and record management \n
- Data entry, maintenance and reporting \n
- Asset life-cycle tracking and compliance activities \n
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes \n
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and service providers \n
- Maintaining accurate documentation and system records \n
- Supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies \n

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Strong administration, organisation and time management skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy \n
- Experience in asset, inventory, logistics, project or general administration \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills \n
- Confidence working with technology, databases and business systems \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities \n
- A high level of accountability, reliability and initiative \n
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to build a long-term career \n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, administration, logistics, agriculture, or a related field will be highly regarded but are not essential \n
