Senior Change Manager - Risk

Are you looking to join a organisation embarking on major business and technology transformation?

We're seeking a Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering business, risk and technology change across this financial services organisation. You'll be the specialist guiding E2E projects through change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder/ communication engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.

Working with the Change Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to support and influence strategic priorities, embed risk and compliance improvements, and ensure smooth adoption of change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive change impact assessments and readiness planning.
• Develop and deliver change communication strategies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
• Provide specialist advice to inform project scope and delivery cadence.
• Support risk management and governance implementation.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
• Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
• Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years dedicated to E2E projects Change Management, Risk Management, and/or transformation.
• Proficiency in change management and project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
• Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and governance principles
• Ideally a APMG Practitioner or Prosci Certification
• Financial Services or relevent industry experience
• Attributes: curiosity, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic but maturing environments.
