What You'll Be Doing \n

• Partner with Channel Account Managers to deliver compelling technical and commercial solution conversations
\n
• Guide partners through cloud, security, continuity, productivity, infrastructure, and operational technology opportunities
\n
• Deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase real business outcomes and value
\n
• Support proof-of-concept deployments and architecture discussions across diverse customer environments
\n
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert for assigned solution portfolios
\n
• Create technical resources, implementation guides, and educational content that enable partner success
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experiences and accelerate adoption
\n
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and help partners achieve successful outcomes
\n

What Success Looks Like \n

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Demonstrated technical, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting experience
\n
• A genuine passion for technology, cloud platforms, and continuous learning
\n
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
\n
• Strong presentation and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
\n
• A customer-first mindset and a desire to create exceptional experiences
\n
• Confidence navigating unfamiliar environments and solving technical challenges
\n
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and external stakeholders
\n
• One or more industry certifications, such as Microsoft Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+
\n
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
\n

Background Checks \n

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
